We have always believed that Court Agents must maintain daily contact with the judicial file, and that specialization is the only way to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
We are one of the few Court Agents firms with experts exclusively dedicated to specific jurisdictions (criminal, civil, commercial, family, and administrative litigation). This internal organization allows us to provide outstanding support not only to specialized attorneys but also to those handling a matter in a particular jurisdiction for the first time.
Through our three offices, we operate in the judicial districts of the Community of Madrid and the provinces of Barcelona and Girona. When defining our area of practice, we have prioritized logistics and our capacity for swift response, ensuring immediate and direct handling of any procedure or urgent matter that may arise.
We are pragmatic. We find solutions and resolve issues that may arise during litigation, with a special focus on enforcement proceedings. We have recognized experience in procedurally complex cases and offer our expertise to navigate the particularities of each court and achieve the best possible outcomes. We are familiar with judicial criteria, procedural aspects of different types of proceedings, and legislative reforms. We resolve uncertainties and remedy procedural defects.
We provide all ancillary services related to our court representation activity, including (among others): electronic apud acta registrations, calculation and payment of court fees and deposits, participation in judicial auctions, online access to your case files, our legal news and procedural discussion journal, and the use of meeting rooms at our offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Girona.
